EBGE Awards have been successfully organized for ten years, succeeding in a short time to bring together all of optical communication production field in Greece and Cyprus.They have created a point of reference for the creators, and ”buyers” of design works. The results of EBGE Awards receive extensive media coverage every year by magazines, newspapers and electronic media in Greece and abroad.
+design magazine calls for a contest on graphic designing and illustration titled Greek Graphic Design Awards (EBGE), sponsored by the International Confederation of Societies of Graphic Design (ICOGRADA) and the Greek Graphic Designers Association (EGE). The categories of Book Design and Design of Book Covers are under the auspices of the National Center of Books (E.KE.BI.). The category of Book Illustration is under the auspices of "Aesop" (World Association for Children's Books Illustration) and the category of Album Covers under the auspices of the IFPI (Union of Hellenic Discography Companies).
Elias Chatzoudis was one of the five members of the award committee in category “illustration” for the year 2013.
The award ceremony took place at the Onassis Cultural Centre (Syngrou Av. 10107-109, Athens) on the 10th of April 2014.
